LENNIE JAMES 2008 INTERVIEWIn this 2008 INTERVIEW posted on the Television Without Pity site, Lennie James talks about how fans saved "JERICHO" for a second season and working in American television.

"JERICHO" RETROSPECT: (1.08) "ROGUE RIVER"I wrote this ARTICLE about "(1.08) "Rogue River", the Season One episode from the CBS series, "JERICHO".

I just stumbled across this fantastic series. I can't believe I never saw it before. I remember, back when the first series aired, I read about the fans coming together and getting a second series, only to have it cancelled as well. Now, as one of the fans, I really wish I had been here whilst the show was airing, but oh well, I'm here now.
As what usually happens when I join new fandoms, I look for fics, icons and videos, and try and catch up on the recent news. I know about the comic - it looks brilliant - and I do intend to read it, but does anyone have any recommendations concerning fanfic? Any great Jericho icon makers out there? Favourite fanvids? Any Jericho gifs?
Also, is there any word on the film? As a huge fan of Whedonverse, I know what it's like to have shows cancelled, leaving a lot of questions unanswered. Thus, I'm hoping that something like the Firefly/Serenity situation can happen. Do we know if the film is still on?
So ... yes, I completely adore this series and I'm sad that it only got 29 episodes - I'm about halfway through now - but at least they were great, aye?

Title: Ghost Love Score by NIGHTWISH File: 78+ MB WMV Lenght: 10 min. Categorie: action, drama & overview Character: all
SPOILER: all of everything used for this video. This is a multifandom tv show video. The shows used are (in order of use, including timestamp as they appear inside the video and character)
- Battlestar Galactica (BSG) intro, until 1.16 min. (general vid) - Supernatural 1.17 (general, and focused on Dean Winchester) - Farscape 3.49 (general, and focused on John Chrichton) - Dark Angel 5.48 (focused on Alec) - NCIS 6.31 (general) - Jericho 7.56 (general): - Stargate SG-1 8.41 (focused on Cameron Mitchell)
once a show is gone, it doesn`t come back anymore.
Basically, this is a 10 minute video, made out of 7 tv shows, each show got its own video. 7 Videos in a row, 7 videos done like I always do my vids, just that in this case some run longer than others, and that all vids are connected using the song.
This is my way to display my love for all the shows used, my reasons why I watched & vid these shows.
I know "Jericho" has just a small part inside this video. But, "Jericho" is a new adition to my *must vid* list, and it is only the 2nd time I`m using the show for a video. I thought maybe someone will be interested. more info, and the dl/streaming link, can be found here: CLICK CLICK

First post and, of course, it has to be a question...
Does anyone have a list of cities we are certain were/were not hit? I'm working on a little something in the show's 'verse (so far only peripheral to our favorite Kansans), but I'm having trouble remembering more than:
yes: DC Philly San Diego Lawrence, KS Minneapolis/St. Paul Denver
no: New York Columbus
So far, I'm specifically trying to remember LA, Seattle (which I want to say was 'yes'), and New Orleans (though it was a year after Katrina, so perhaps 'They' figured that would be a waste of nuclear material?)
And I promise, next time I'll bring a gift of some sort...

First post in the comm and I thought I'd bring some goodies :) I am really more of a Stanley & Mimi shipper when it comes to Jericho (they are just so plain adorable together, gah!) but there's something about Jake and Emily that is just.... captivating. Dunno what it is but it gets me every time. So I decided to make a vid for them :)
